Our Commitment to You

European Union & Czech Republic

In accordance with Czech and EU consumer protection legislation, EU-based customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 30 days of receiving their order — no questions asked.

To exercise this right, please notify us in writing within the 14-day withdrawal period by contacting our client services team at [return@alegant.eu].

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving your returned item, inclusive of standard delivery costs, to your original payment method.

This section is governed by Czech law (Act No. 89/2012 Coll.) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.


United Kingdom

Customers in the United Kingdom benefit from a 30-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, beginning the day after delivery. Refunds are issued within 14 days of the returned item being received.


United States & Canada

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.

Please note that we do not currently offer exchanges for international orders to North America. Should you wish to reorder a different variant, our team is happy to assist.


Australia & New Zealand

Your purchase is protected under Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a refund or replacement for items that are faulty, not as described, or fail to meet acceptable quality standards. For change-of-mind returns, we accept requests within 30 days of delivery.


Rest of World

For customers outside the regions listed above, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below. We are committed to resolving every query with care, regardless of where you are located.


How to Return an Item

To ensure a smooth and seamless experience, all returns must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
  • A return request must be submitted before shipping the item back

To initiate a return, please contact us at [return@alegant.eu] with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a personalised return authorisation and instructions within 2 business days.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. We are unable to accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within the timeframe applicable to your region (as outlined above). The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly dispatched
  • Original shipping fees are refunded only where required by applicable law (e.g. within the EU & UK)
  • Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable

Faulty or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a brief description and photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Sealed goods opened after delivery (e.g. cosmetics, fragrances, skincare)
  • Digital products or downloadable content once accessed
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

Duties, Taxes & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are unable to refund duties or taxes in the event of a return, as these are collected by the relevant customs authority.
